KHAN WEST KITCHEN, INC. (o/a HOWLER’S FAMILY RESTURANT ) located at 1992 Peninsula Road, Ucluelet, British Columbia, Canada V0R-3A0 is looking for two (2) full-time and permanent COOKS (NOC 6322) to be assigned to the said location.   The successful applicant is expected to perform the following duties:   Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Organize and manage buffets and banquets Manage kitchen operations   The chosen candidates will receive a wage of CAD $16.50 (Vancouver Island/Coast) per hour.
