Job Duties
- Establish and improve Dapasoft’s sales procedures and policies; direct employees to conduct sales activities in compliance with new regulations;
- Understand Dapasoft’s offerings, our prospective customer targets, their business challenges, the competitive landscape and how to position the value Dapasoft delivers;
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of the sales team to discern and optimize underperforming sales procedures to achieve better customer satisfaction;
- Estimate the budget used to achieve annual sales goals;
- Pay close attention to the accomplishment of sales targets;
- Conduct reviews with corporate clients periodically to ensure they receive high-quality IT solutions and handle claims from them in a proper manner;
- Coordinate cross-department communications, especially with the IT department, to support sales plan objectives;
- Lead a team of sales professionals in support of direct sales and channel operations to generate, develop and close sales opportunities;
- Act as the representative of Dapasoft to negotiate better contract terms and oversee the implementation of the contract;
- Cooperate with the marketing team to understand the market trend and investigate competitors’ sales activities;
- Handle employee-related issues including recruiting, training, coaching and performance of the sales team;
- Some travel will be required to attend onsite customer meetings, industry gatherings, and Dapasoft’s events;
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments;
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations;
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines; and
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
