Job Description

Job duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Company and management. 
  • Answer the phone inquiries and follow up 
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize travel plans and conferences
  • Coordinate regular calls with the clients and prepare the meeting minutes 
  • Assist in the business development and the day-to-day business operations of the Company. 
  • Assist the Company in the implementation of business development strategies, financial reporting and forecasts, and promote the services of the Company to prospective clients. 
  • Professionally represent the Company to the clients. 
  • Maintain the day-to-day bookkeeping and filing records. 
  • Observe all necessary policies to ensure that the Company operates in an ethical and professional manner. 
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Company from time to time.

    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
    • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22/hour, 30 hours/week

Work Experience: At least 1 years related experience

Education: At least diploma or above.
