Job Description

We are hiring a motivate and hardworking individual to join our team. 

Primary duties: 

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and the CEO's office
  • Conduct market research and provide regular reports to management
  • Liaise with agents, schools, and business partners
  • Schedule business appointments and meetings with joint venture partners and business clients
  • Provide marketing and product training to agents and business partners
  • Provide support to the operations and facilitate B2B co-operations
  • Answer inquiries received by the executive office, prepare materials and follow up with the inquiries
  • Prepare revenue and activity reports for team members and management
  • Organize travel plans and expenses for senior staff to education fairs and conferences
  • Provide management support, develop PowerPoint presentations, financial reports, and CSM reports
  • Coordinate conference calls with overseas offices and agents, prepare meeting minutes and follow up
  • Monitor the updates and changes to the education policies
  • Liaise with CIBT Group subsidiaries, including Sprott Shaw College, Sprott Shaw Language College, Vancouver International College- Career Campus, Beihai International College and Global Education City Holdings, Inc.
  • Oversee the social media marketing platforms and maintain the contents in the Company's website
  • Other ad-hoc activities as requested by management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Work Experience: Minimum of two years related experience

Education: College diploma or higher

Business Equipment and Computer Applications:

MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Office

Specific Skills:

Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures, Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports, Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports, Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings, Conduct research, Compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive committees and boards of directors, Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings, Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations, Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
