Create a Marketing and Public Relations strategy for the establishment to achieve brand recognition awareness. Ensure the vision and reputation of the company are protected.
Develop and oversee communication policies, including media relations, marketing projects, social media interactions, strategic marketing localization, and marketing strategies' effectiveness.
Conduct data/market research to determine the best return on investment from marketing plans. Collect feedback from all social media outlets and communicate with the Director about immediate changes and adjustments to the budget.
Manage all social media outlets, review content material to ensure messages meet the company's policies and values, and not create a negative response from the public.
Serve as the company spoke person.
Ensure events meet the company's branding messages as well as values and business goals.
Prepare reports with data about the company's increase in brand recognition and an increase in business opportunities and revenue.
Identify and pursue innovative opportunities to increase positive marketing awareness and business development opportunities.
Communicate regularly with personnel from other departments, such as HR, IT and Administration.
