Job Duties
- Support licensed real estate agent on searching property listings according to clients needs
- Schedule and confirm appointment and meeting with clients
- Prepare comparable market analysis using bcres.paragonrels.com data
- Arrange tour schedule for property showing
- Draft purchase and sales contract under the direction of licensed real estate agent
- Ensure meeting the filing requirements for contract and disclosure documents with brokerage
- Create marketing contents and coordinate media channels for marketing activities
- Interview, hire and establish clear performance expectations and metrics for staff
- In charge of client relationship management system
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years related experiences in real estate sales;
College diploma or university degree;
Hardworking, energetic, and flexible on work schedule;
Excellent communication skills in English, bilingual a bonus;
Driver’s license
