Administrative Assistant

Active Insurance & Financial Management Ltd. located at 103-8334 128 Street, Surrey BC, V3W 4G2 is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of information internally.
  • Answer and relay all the inquiries and messages received from telephone calls and emails
  •  Prepare and write invoices to the customers
  • Request and order office materials and supplies when needed, and maintain inventory
  • Modify, develop, update internal office procedures when required
  • Prepare and write minutes of meetings and share the information within the workplace
  • When employer requests, arrange travel schedules and make reservation for a business trip.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information

Job Requirement:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Completion of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries

OR

1 year of related work experience

 

Language: English

Job Location: 103-8334 128 Street, Surrey BC, V3W 4G2

Compensation: $21.63/hour for 40 hours/week
