Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Others

Fluency in the Korean language and knowledge of Korean education industry are great assets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the management (president) with various administrative duties including answering calls and email enquiries
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, brochures and webpages
  • Organize and confirm online and offline appointments and business meetings of the management
  • Plan, attend meetings and prepare reports and minutes after the meetings
  • Communicate with clients, business partners and potential business partners and relay messages to the management or appropriate persons
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
  • Compile data, statistics and other business information of domestic and international business partners and competitors, industry trends and report them to the management
  • Monitor social media activities to study the industry trends and to promote the business
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
