Automotive Service Technician
Lo-Cost Auto Repairs Ltd. located in Richmond, BC is looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our team as soon as possible.
Duties:
- Adjust components and repair or replace defective parts
- Repair and maintain fuel systems, brakes, engine, exhaust, climate control and other electronic and electrical systems manually or using automotive repair equipment
- Dismantle faulty assemblies, repair or replace worn out or damaged parts
- Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are adjusted to manufacturer’s specifications
- Schedule work orders and assist supervisor
- Advise customers of current vehicle condition and future repairs if needed
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Completion of 3-4 year of apprenticeship program
OR
2 years of work experience in the field
Language: English
Salary: $29.00/hr. for 40 hrs./ week
