Packer Staffing Solutions Ltd located at Unit 204, 13049 76 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3W 2V7 is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.
• Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of information internally.
• Answer and relay all the inquiries and messages received from telephone calls and emails.
• Prepare and write invoices to the customers.
• Request and order office materials and supplies when needed and maintain inventory.
• Modify, develop, update internal office procedures when required.
• Prepare and write minutes of meetings and share the information within the workplace.
• When employer requests, arrange travel schedules and make reservation for a business trip.
• Compile data, statistics and other information
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries
1 year of related work experience

Compensation: $21.50/hour for 40 hours/week
