Job Description

Job Types:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $27.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience
  • Language: English (Required) 

Job Duties:

  • Implement and supervise office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office;
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to staffs and monitor their performance to ensure the procedures are followed;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for store equipment, supplies, maintenance and security services;
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
  • Plan and review administrative operations, analyze variances, and carry out necessary corrections that may arise;
  • Collect and summarize data and prepare daily records and monthly reports;
  • Assist in preparation of budget, inventory, and expenditures planning;
  • Support staff with effective problem-solving solution on a timely manner.
