Retail Store Supervisor

Currently we are looking for Retail Store Supervisor for our location at 322 Meridian Rd NE, Calgary, AB T2A 2N6. This is a full time - Permanent job with 35-40 hours/week. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the following job responsibilities:

*Supervise and coordinate sales staff and assign duties.

*Sell merchandise (cellphone devices and accessories etc.) to customers.

*Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales.

*Prepare weekly/monthly reports regarding sales volumes and stock.

*Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

*Resolve customer complaints

*Training new sales staff on sales and marketing.

*Making sales strategies and implementing in effective and efficient manner to reach sales goals.

*Achieving set sales targets provided on monthly basis.
