Job Description

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients, and promote sales to them
  • Assess clients’ demand, and recommend the appropriate woodcarving products or provide the customized designs to meet their needs
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs
  • Assisting in the tailored designs and drawings using JDPaint software
  • Verify design drawings to conform to specifications
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, follow up the manufacturing procedure, and manage the packing and shipping
  • Follow up with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Resolve problems related to the products or contracts
  • Develop sales reports and analyze sales data to the management
