Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and
Mechanic diploma or equivalent experience - 3 years to less than 5 years
Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves
Criminal record check
Willing to travel
Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods,
Bending, crouching, kneeling, Handling heavy loads
Non-smoking, Noisy, Dusty, Hot

Perform repair work on heavy trucks
Exhaust system, Cooling system, Lubrication system
Mechanical transmissions, Wheel-mounted vehicle suspension and steering, Highway vehicle tires and wheels, Brake system
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required, Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications, Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work, Verify and repair emission control systems
Must be able to lift Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
