Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience required: 5 years or more relevant work experience

Job Duties:

1.         Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments and utilize established reports and dashboards to ensure the sales Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) are being met or exceeded

2.         Manages and builds on existing client relationships, Lead sales team strive to deliver GOLF VIP guest experience on the phone, via email and with in-person communication from inquiry stage to post-event follow up

3.         According to the customer orientation of different ages and regions to determine specific sales and marketing strategic planning

4.         Foster golf client relationships through ongoing communication with contacts to ensure repeat business and referrals

5.         Proactively engage in outbound sales activity and networking in the community in adherence to established business development Standards for the venue to grow sales revenues for events

6.         Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by company strategic goals

7.         Partner with the marketing team and establish sales policies and procedures to foster a fun, competitive, results-centered, and engaged sales culture/environment.
