As the Corporate Planner, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, managing risks, and fostering collaboration across different departments to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards
Plan the re-organization of operations
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Oversee development of communication strategies
Provide customer service
Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements:
3 years to less than 5 years
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
