QA Law is a civil litigation law firm located in Vancouver serving individual and commercial clients in the Lower Mainland and throughout British Columbia. We offer our clients a roster of lawyers with tremendous experience in civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and appeals.



As Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be working with Senior Lawyers and Paralegals in personal injury and motor vehicle defense litigation. You will be responsible for providing quality administrative assistance in dynamic busy practice area.  


·         Provision of administrative support to a range of lawyers including senior partners in numerous departments.

·         Draft memos, correspondence, and legal documentation.

·         Draft and file pleadings.

·         Maintain effective diary management for lawyers.

·         Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences.

·         Trial preparation.

·         Conduct due diligence searches.

·         File management.

·         Submitting invoices for payment.

·         Direct contact with Defendant’s and Plaintiff’s counsel.



  • University Degree or completion of 2-year Legal Assistant Program.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
  • At least 1 year experience with Personal injury litigation.
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent English - written and spoken.
