Security Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029)

Hi-End Protection Group Inc. has immediate opening for 2 Security Supervisors (TEER 2: 62029) at our location in Surrey, British Colombia.

As a Security Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029), you will perform some or all of the following duties:

·         Oversee, delegate, and oversee the work of employees;

·         Create work schedules and protocols;

·         Solve issues pertaining to the job;

·         Employ and educate employees about job responsibilities, safety protocols, and corporate guidelines;

·         Obtain materials and supplies on demand;

·         Assist clients/guests with special needs;

·         Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations;

·         Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments;

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers;

·         Make sure that all machinery, equipment, and computer systems are operating smoothly, and schedule maintenance and repairs;

·         Supervise office and volunteer staff;

·         may carry out the same tasks as employees under supervision.

   Qualifications:

·         Completion of secondary school is usually required;

·         Certification or licensing may be required;

·         Experience an asset.

·         Effective supervising and training skills and attention to detail;

·         Proven analytical skills with ability to tackle problems systematically to diagnose issues and produce effective recommendations;

·         Multi-tasker and effective time management.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: CAD $22.50 / hour
