THE ROLE
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be working with Office Management, Lawyers, and Paralegals in all areas of tax law and tax compliance. You will be responsible for providing quality administrative assistance in a dynamic busy practice area.
Responsibilities:
· Provision of administrative support to a range of lawyers including senior partners in numerous departments.
· Draft memos, correspondence, and legal documentation.
· Draft and file pleadings.
· Maintain effective diary management for lawyers.
· Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences.
· Trial preparation.
· Conduct due diligence searches.
· File management.
· Submitting invoices for payment.
