Assistant Manager

Guildford Ice Cream Ltd.dba Dairy Queen Brazier Guildford is located at 9110-152 street, Surrey BC. requires 1 Assistant Manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Specific Skills:

• Management of the staff, planning, directing and assigning duties to them
• Ensure that the restaurant is well-run and well-maintained.
• Planning the budgets and approve expenditures.
• Resolve any issues that may arise like customer complaints and escalations
• Preparing documents like cost reports, sales and inventory
• Determine staffing and training needs and Prepare schedules accordingly.
• May have to negotiate with clients and suppliers for food and other supplies
• Other duties as requested by management.
• Follow Dairy Queens policy and procedures and adhere to company standards

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1 year of experience in the food industry
OR
• Completion of college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field with 6 months of experience.

Job Location: 9110-152 street, Surrey BC, V3R4E7

Salary: $26.00 /hr for 40 hr/week and overtime starts after 40 hrs/week
