13056601 Canada Inc. O/A DB contractors (Dhillon Brothers) has immediate opening for an experienced a window installer (TEER 3:73200) at our location Brampton, Ontario.

As a window installer (TEER 3: 73200) you will perform some or all of the following duties:

Responsibilities:

·        Create measurements and mark indicators for installation purposes.

·        Ensuring accurate measurements and precise installation techniques for optimal performance and aesthetic appeal

·        Install, mend, and maintain interior prefabricated items such as doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, water heaters, and household appliances utilizing both manual and electric tools.

·        Remove and install doors and windows

·        Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks

·        Conduct frame carpentry work, including framing windows and installing structural component

·        Hang doors and ensure proper alignment and functionality

·        Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

·        Preform self- Quality control and ensure customers satisfaction

·        Conduct all installs and customer interactions with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Some secondary school education is usually required.
• On-the-job training and several months of related installing, repairing or servicing experience are usually required.
• A driver's license may be required.
• Proven experience in window installation, trim carpentry, and door installation
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction tasks
• Strong knowledge of Window Installation and repair

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: CAD $ 24.50 /hour
