Job Duties:
- Assess, develop and implement scalable processes and procedures to drive sales policies effectiveness by creating long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals
- Identify problems and come up with effective and efficient sales solutions; create presentations and communicate with various stakeholders about solutions and sales strategies
- Effectively lead and develop business teams through leadership techniques, for example: performance management/talent evaluation, conflict resolution, team relationship building, employee sales skills development, roles and responsibility, individual accountability, resource planning
- Create and deliver integrated marketing, advertising and sales programs including development of budget, value prop and KPIs
- Lead the development of new sales strategies, subsequent tactical initiatives and measurable initiatives to drive business growth in designated area
- Develop the tone, values and vision for our brand, including our web, social and all communications elements
- Analyze, plan and monitor team financial activities and budgets
- Provide oversight and direction for global divisions in the target areas of: employee relations and rewards, business learning and development, advertising strategies, organizational development, sales personal relations, performance management, compliance and reporting, technology and administration
