Position: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)

Wage: $35.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Busy environment with many people in the store at the same time as well as shelving and various machines such as refrigerators.
Job Duties
- Maintain inventory in the store by tracking sales and replacing it once it gets down to a certain level, through one of our vendors;
- Manage store employees in terms of work hours and job duties;
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and human resources, among others, to be presented to the owner on a regular basis, identifying areas for improvement;
- May be responsible for opening and/or closing the store, as required;
- Cash out and accept returns on items, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues should they arise;
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and appropriate signs are displayed correctly.

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment;
- Capable of learning existing and new menu items, as necessary;
