Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Develop strategies to meet work timelines
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
• Train staff on their job duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
• Calculate the required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
• Ensure food and service quality standards are consistently met
• Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
• Keep records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports
• Organize and communicate food order summaries to the chef
• Design and implement staff work schedules

Experience Level: Three years of Previous Work Experience in a Commercial Cooking Setting Required

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Vacation: 10 business days
