Customer service representatives Supervisor

Job Description

-       Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service.

 

-       Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, updates, and any issues.

 

-       Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

 

-       Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

 

-       Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

 

-       Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

 

-       Coordinate with other departments, such as mechanics and parts suppliers, to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

 

-       Maintain and update customer service protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency.

 

-       Track and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 

-       Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer feedback to management.

 

-       Develop solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

 

-       Serve as a liaison between the customer service team and upper management.

 

-       Communicate company policies, changes, and updates to the team effectively.

 

Requirement for this position:

 

-       Completion of College/University

-       One year related work experience is preferred

-       Fluent in English, and 2nd Language  in Mandarin will be an asset
