We are currently expanding or Treasury team and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton location..

Job description:

• Analyze and predict cash flow needs to maintain sufficient funds for operations and strategic needs.
• Prepare and manage budgets for operating expenses, payroll, and capital investments.
• Evaluate financial risks and prepare forecasts, financing scenarios, and recommendations for management.
• Manage cash flow in multiple currencies to support global operations and capital allocation.
• Create and present treasury reports and forecasts for senior management decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance director to develop and refine financial and treasury policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to optimize cash flow and secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and oversee financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for capital investments and debt management.
• Support tax planning by preparing forecasts and facilitating GST/HST and corporate tax payments strategically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience an asset, training will be provided.
• Knowledge and experience with Treasury Management Systems
• Certified treasury Professional (CTP) would be an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, modeling techniques, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytics, judgement, and good general business knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, able to partner across all functions and levels within the company
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities.
