Spice + Farm Retail & Wholesale Ltd. Dba Day to Day Grocery & Produce in Victoria is looking for Full-time positions for 1 Retail store supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: #7- 50 Burnside Rd, Victoria, British Columbia, V9A 1B5
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $24.52 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Full-Time
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize payments by cheque
Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Conduct performance reviews
Skills and Education:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
