SSC Restaurant, Ltd. o/a Subway Alaska Road is hiring 4 Sandwich Artists (Food Counter Attendants NOC 6711). Wage: $17.85 per hour. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Duties: Take customer orders. Serve customers at counters and drive thru. Operate cash register, debit and credit card machines. Prepare sandwiches and salads. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas. Package take out food. Portion and wrap foods. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Sharpen kitchen knives. Wash, peel and cut vegetables. Sweep mop and wash floors. We are willing to train. Work Conditions: fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure.
