Duties and Responsibility: • Handling customer complaints and resolving them. To Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service. • Taking food orders from customers. • Handling, managing, and scheduling cooks, waiters, and other staff. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure the economical use of food and timely preparation • Purchasing raw materials and other restaurant-related things. • Handling cash and remitting into bank accounts. • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant. • Other duties as assigned.
