Wage: $24.05/hour, 40 hours/week (schedule varies ie. day/evenings/weekends)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: A minimum of one year experience
Language: English
Specific Skills: Operates/maintains racking, growler and canning equipment and generating appropriate reports; Tracks and compiles both ingredient and product inventory; Organize and maintain facilities (inc. warehouse/storage, cold room, mill room and cellar); Assist in general beverage production, including cleaning duties; Operates and maintains filter equipment and perform process transfer tasks; Performs, records, act on cellar process measurements of product parameters, maintaining and conducting cellar tasks; Perform and record Krausening tasks; record utility parameter logs; Assists in Quality Management Program and generating appropriate reports.
