TerraCotta Boyz is located in the city of Burnaby in the Greater Vancouver area. Its prime location boasts an elegantly simple and quiet environment adjacent to the bustling Metrotown area, which includes the Metropolis at Metrotown shopping centre and Crystal Mall. It is easily accessible by car or public transit. The owner and his family members have had more than ten years of catering experience in the city of Xi’an in Shaanxi Province, China. With his unique view of Xi’an cuisine, the owner established Vancouver’s Sunny Spot Café (the predecessor of the Terracotta Boyz) in 2016.

Shaanxi has had a prominent influence in the development of Chinese culture. Shaanxi cuisine—also known as Qin cuisine—is one of the oldest cuisines in China and can be traced back to the Neolithic Yangshao culture. With its stylish dishes, sophisticated taste, and handmade noodles, TerraCotta Boyz has restored Xi’an cuisine’s defining characteristics and inherited essence from Shaanxi cuisine, granting diners from all regions and backgrounds a truly authentic experience.
