·         As soon as possible

Position Summary

·         Supervise employees engaged in serving food and in maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment

·         Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations

·         Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Assist interview, select or hire new staff

·         Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees

·         Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees

·         Manage all communication and perform troubleshot on various situations on a timely and client-friendly manner

Qualifications:

·         Minimum two years of experience in food preparation or service are required;

·         Post-secondary diploma is preferred;

·         Must have excellent ability to communicate in English;

·         Must have the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and /or weekends;

·         Must be physically able to perform all delegated duties

·         Punctuation and dependability are a must
