We are seeking a skilled Trading Manager to join our team. The Trading Manager will be responsible for overseeing trading activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring profitability through effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize market opportunities
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed trading decisions
- Execute trades efficiently and accurately to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage risk effectively by setting stop-loss orders and implementing hedging strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align trading activities with overall business objectives
- Provide training and development opportunities for junior traders

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or market trading

-We prefer the client from India who has the language proficiency in English, Punjabi and Hindi as we are procuring most our products from Indian manufactures and our employee should have this ability to have conversation with Indian sources.
- Strong understanding of cashiering procedures and price management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively
- Proficient in interviewing in english, Punjabi and Hindi and training development for trading staff
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing data and making informed decisions
