Duties and Responsibilities as a Cook: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Manage kitchen operations Job Requirements for the position are: to review and confirm Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Food Safety Certificate; Ability to work in busy restaurant environment; and, Experience preparing dishes for clients with dietary restrictions, intolerances or allergies is an asset.
