Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: 24.04 hourly
Work hours: 30 hours/week

Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
- Leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members while fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.
- Creating and managing staff schedules based on business needs and ensuring appropriate shift coverage.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build strong leadership within the team.
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and internal operational protocols.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Supporting and collaborating with the regional management team to meet financial targets and operational goals.
- Participating in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Coordinating and preparing for third-party inspections, including internal audits and health inspections, to ensure continued compliance and excellence.
- Implementing operational improvements and contributing to strategies that enhance service quality, cost control, and team productivity.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
