Tanlu Grill Ltd in Richmond, BC, is looking for a Full-time position for Restaurant Manager, to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: 36.60 hourly
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, and supervising the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
Leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members while fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.
Creating and managing staff schedules based on business needs and ensuring appropriate shift coverage.
Monitoring employee performance and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build strong leadership within the team.
Overseeing inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and internal operational protocols.
Handling and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Supporting and collaborating with the regional management team to meet financial targets and operational goals.
Participating in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.
Coordinating and preparing for third-party inspections, including internal audits and health inspections, to ensure continued compliance and excellence.
Implementing operational improvements and contributing to strategies that enhance service quality, cost control, and team productivity.
Skill Requirements:
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
