Job duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure food quality and service standards are met
Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare and submit operational reports as required
Establish and manage staff work schedules

Skill Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 Year to less than 2 years of experience
