Job duties & qualifications include:
· Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
· Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
· Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
· Wrap and package prepared meats
· Remove bones from meat
· Weigh meats for sale
· Cut poultry into parts
· Sell meats to customers
· Grind meats
· Make special sausages
· Slice cooked meats
· Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
· Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Equipment and Machinery Experience such as:
Sausage machine, slicing machine, Band saw, Manuel cutting utensil, Power grinder
3 vacancies available for the position
Minimum 2 years of experience
Spanish speaking is required
Must be familiar with Mexican and Argentinian cuts
Position starts at $36.00 working 36 hours/week
Legally able to work in Canada
