Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of moving van drivers, ensuring routes and schedules are managed efficiently and professionally.
- Work closely with dispatchers and warehouse teams to plan logistics, allocate resources, and ensure seamless operations from pick-up to delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, helping to clarify move details, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor driver performance, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records related to vehicle use, mileage, fuel consumption, scheduling, and service timelines.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new drivers, ensuring they understand company procedures and client expectations.
- Address any operational challenges in real time, such as route changes, scheduling adjustments, or client concerns, with professionalism and problem-solving focus.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to help drivers succeed in their roles.
- Coordinate with external vendors or subcontracted movers when necessary, ensuring service quality and company standards are met.
