Food Service Supervisor

As our Food Service Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations. You’ll guide the crew, keep things running smoothly, and ensure every Blizzard and burger meets our legendary standards.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A passion for great service and teamwork
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Tasks

Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
