Navash Development Incorporated dba Chevron located in Vancouver BC is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of the Chevron retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
Plan, organize, and coordinate sales activities, inventory control, and merchandising to meet store targets.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent availability of fuel, convenience products, and other store items.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and customer service initiatives to drive business growth.
Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet profitability goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with the community.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve store performance.
Represent the company in dealings with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Salary: $44.72/Hour for 35 to 40 hours a week and over time after 40 Hour/week
Requirement: Secondary School Education with at least 2 years experience.
