Wage: $56.49 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a Software Architect at Pearl Technologies Limited, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document system and user requirements.

• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

• Develop software solutions by studying information flow, data structures, and process logic.

• Evaluate, refine, and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of system designs.

• Oversee full lifecycle software development from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.

• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and enterprise applications to enhance system capabilities.

• Lead and coordinate teams of software engineers and developers in building and maintaining business-critical systems.

• Implement software security standards and quality control procedures throughout the development process.

• Conduct performance and integration testing and document test outcomes for continuous improvement.

• Stay current with emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and architectural improvements.

Experience and Technical Skills

Minimum experience: 5 years or more
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Technical knowledge:

• Programming languages: Java, C#, .NET, Python
• Database systems: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of software design patterns, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools
