TS Cleaning Services Ltd. in Quesnel is looking for 1 Full-time position for Janitorial Manager to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $37.38 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Full-Time

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the company’s janitorial and cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and quality standards for cleaning services, safety, attendance and staff conduct.
Prepare work schedules, assign cleaning crews to client sites and adjust staffing levels to meet operational needs and service agreements.
Supervise, coordinate and evaluate the work of janitorial staff, including conducting site inspections and performance reviews and taking corrective action when required.
Recruit, interview, hire and train staff in cleaning methods, safe use of equipment and chemicals, WHMIS and occupational health and safety procedures.
Monitor and control operational budgets, labour hours and costs; oversee ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Respond to client inquiries, service requests and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation, company policies and specific client or building requirements, and maintain records and reports on operations and staff performance.
Skills and Education:
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
