Ciao Ragazzi Ristorante is looking for One (1) Assistant Manager – Food Services to perform duties including the following:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of food and beverage service
- Oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Manage inventory and monitor revenues
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Terms of Employment:
- Salary: $27.47 to $36 per hour depending on experience
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Start date: immediately
Skills Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: high school or relevant experience
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial food preparation, kitchen preparation and cooking Italian cuisine
