Restaurant Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible
Analyze budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits, including reviewing food and labor costs, inventory usage, and promotional effectiveness.
Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality of service, and adherence to KFC/Taco Bell brand standards.
Monitor revenues and determine appropriate labour cost allocation, making real-time scheduling adjustments to control payroll expenses.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure team members meet service, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Plan and organize daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation timelines, and shift management.
Recruit and hire new staff, including front-line workers and shift supervisors, to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Train staff on company procedures, food safety, customer service, and workplace health and safety protocols.
Balance cash, complete daily balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in line with provincial legislation and corporate policies.
Manage local store events and promotions, and coordinate with marketing teams for community outreach and brand engagement.
Completion of Secondary School is required
Either:
A college diploma or certificate in hospitality/food service management with at least 1 year of relevant experience
OR
At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector
Language Requirement: English
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
