2582803 Ontario Inc. O/A 241 Pizza has an immediate opening for an experienced Restaurant Manager (NOC: 60030) at our location in Cochrane, Ontario.
As a Restaurant Manager (NOC: 60030), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
· Set staff work schedules, approve leaves, and monitor staff performance through regular evaluations and performance management systems
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service
· Develop and manage annual budgets, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
· Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies; establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and employment regulations, including conducting internal audits and maintaining inspection readiness
· Supervise food preparation, portion control, quality standards, and presentation to maintain consistency and brand standards
· Implement marketing and promotional strategies, including local advertising, partnerships, and digital campaigns to increase customer traffic and revenue
· Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to adjust menu offerings, pricing strategies, and service models
· Resolve complex customer complaints and service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
· Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
· Lead and coordinate catering services, private events, including client negotiations and contract management
· Monitor and optimize labor costs, productivity, and staffing levels based on business demand and seasonal trends
· Utilize POS systems and reporting tools to track sales, inventory, and staff performance metrics
· Ensure proper cash handling, financial controls, and reconciliation procedures to prevent losses and ensure accountability
· Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities
· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and operational updates
· Implement and oversee workplace health & safety programs, including employee training and incident reporting.
Qualifications:
· Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
· 1 to 2 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
· Multi tasker, attention to detail, and effective time management.
· Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
· Flexible, Team player, Ability to tackle problems
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $ 36.00 /hour
