Job Description:
0942087 BC Ltd DBA Opa! Souvlaki of Greece in West Vancouver, BC, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, direct, and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a well-organized and clean facility
Plan budgets and manage expenditures
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly
Prepare cost reports, sales summaries, and inventory documentation
Identify staffing needs, arrange training, and prepare work schedules
Negotiate with suppliers and clients regarding food and supply procurement
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Either:
At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry
OR completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel/restaurant management, or a related field, along with 6 months of relevant experience
Proficiency in English
