Roofer
TJL Construction Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for a Roofer to join its team as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who can work full time and is reliable.
Job Responsibilities:
• Install sheet metal flash
• Install, repair and replace built-up and single-ply roofs on buildings;
• Apply plastic coatings and membranes, fibreglass over sloped roofs before applying shingles;
• Inspect problems in roofs to determine best repair procedures;
• Spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structure;
• Estimate material required and cost associated to it
• Inspect and clean all equipment; and
• Follow established safety rules and procedures.
• May perform other duties as requested
Eligibility Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required
• Over 2 years of work experience in the trade is required
Or
Completion of 2-3 years of apprentice program is required
Language: English
Location: All over lower mainland area, according to contracts
Salary: $36.60/hour for 35 hours/week
