GUILDFORD ICE CREAM LTD dba Dairy Queen Guildford located at Surrey, BC requires Restaurant Manager for their Restaurant to join its team as soon as possible.
JOB DUTIES:
- Management of the staff, planning, directing and assigning duties to them
- Ensure that the restaurant is well-run and well-maintained.
- Planning the budgets and approve expenditures.
- Resolve any issues that may arise like customer complaints and escalations
- Preparing documents like cost reports, sales and inventory
- Determine staffing and training needs and Prepare schedules accordingly.
- May have to negotiate with clients and suppliers for food and other supplies
- Other duties as requested by management.
- Follow Dairy Queens policy and procedures and adhere to company standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

SALARY: $37.00 per hrs. for 30 TO 35 Hours per week and over time after 40 hr./week
