Key Responsibilites
- Prepare, prep, portion, cook, and package high-quality food items
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Cleaning and maintaining facility and equipment, paying special attention to kitchen and food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils to meet health and safety guidelines
- Operate large-volume kitchen equipment safely such as grills, or fryers
- Support guest needs, including preparing special requests and allergies with care
- Acknowledging and helping to resolve guest concerns relating to food production or quality with help from Supervisors/Managers
- Work as part of a team to meet service time, waste, labour, food cost and quality goals
- Ensure inventory control, including stocking and organizing kitchen area with necessary operating supplies and product rotation to ensure quality and appropriate quantity

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working with hot equipment, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
